We came, we rocked and we sold!
Post by Lya Navarra, Sales Promotion Manager for Sam Villa
Premiere Orlando 2010 was invigorating, inspiring and full of beautiful people. Sam, along with his fellow Redken Education Artistic Directors, Chris Baran and Kris Sorbie rocked the Redken stage for two days giving their audience just what they came for…PURE EDUCATION.
No music, no live models, just down and dirty gutsy education. The audience was enthralled with every moneymaking technique that these three extremely talented and passionate Redken Education Artistic Directors had to offer.
The Sam Villa booth was rockin’! The shows are the ideal place for our customers to get hands on demonstration and try out Sam’s complete product line designed for their career health and wealth.
Artificial Texture was a GWP this weekend and it is quickly becoming the “must-have” educational DVD with 21, yes that’s right, 21 techniques for finishing hair with thermal irons; curling irons, flat irons, curling wands and Sam’s Textur Texturizing iron. Chris Baran joins Sam on this studio DVD and the two of them demonstrate powerful techniques to put extra cash in your pockets!
In addition to the Redken stage, Sam also hit the behindthechair.com booth each day where he absolutely WOWED a packed booth of eager stylists to get a glimpse of his inspiring education. Sam used two live models here where he showed off his latest cut, The Bardot which is the title behind his new DVD. This new edition to The Aspire Tour Series takes a journey back in time to the ‘60’s with inspiration coming from Brigitte Bardot. It’s a versatile, double identity cut that can be worn as a modern “bubble” or a modern shag and is perfect for all hair types, especially fine hair. Think “sex kitten” with a modern edge.
The Bardot was introduced at Premiere Orlando and is now available exclusively at behindthechair.com and for $59.95.
As we speak, Sam is on his way to Australia for some R&R and inspiration. This is the first time for him to attend Hair Expo Australia and we look forward to what he has in store for us from the land down under.
We hope to see you at some smaller local fall events and in the meantime, have a great summer. Be sure to check out the rest of the site and view photos from the Premiere Orlando show!
Tom King and I are on to our distributor show with CBS/Next Trend in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and I’ll be back next week with an update from what they call “the show on the beach”, not that Tom or I will even see the beach!
