When it comes to fringes what is really important to understand is face shapes. Remember the face and body structure are our canvas and the hair is the fabric. Let’s talk about a heart shape first. Wide in the forehead area and narrow as it comes down into the chin and jaw. What’s really important is this. Cut the fringe so it’s wispy, very piecey so you can actually see through it. By making it wispy, you’ve camouflaged the wide forehead. And that’s your hot tip with a heart shaped face when cutting a fringe.
