What is the warranty on Sam Villa Shears?

The warrant on the Sam Villa shears is a two part warranty:

i. There is a lifetime warranty that guarantees the shears from defect in material or workmanship, excluding damage and normal wear. Abuse or accident is not covered buy this warranty. However, most accidental damage can be repaired at our normal service charge.
ii. There is a one-year accidental damage warranty on the Sam Villa Shears for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Are there any exclusions to the Sam Villa Shears warranty?

The warranty does not extend shears that have been abused beyond the demands of ordinary use or that have been serviced by another company. Sam Villa will not be liable for consequential damages done when product is used for anything other than its intended purpose. Damages will be limited to the purchase price of the shears.

Who services the shears went sent in under the warranty of if they need sharpening?

Sam Villa has contracted exclusively with Precision Edge, one of the finest service and repair centers in the world to handlew the warranty and servicing for the life of your Sam Villa shears.
