Ellen worked as a national educator for over a decade with Redken, and has been in the trade show circuit teaching classes & workshops around the nation for year.

She is now a Sam Villa® ArTeam member who is driven to teach, and also works behind the chair as a Master Stylist at Lunatic Fringe Salon. Ellen is in a constant mindset of evolution & her passion is to help stylists behind the chair solve day to day challenges and gain confidence

Guests at the salon are now embracing their natural texture & want ease of styling with movement, & it all starts with a great haircut. Similar to what is happening in fashion - movement that lives within structured lines. Guests love it because it takes minimal styling effort…yet can easily become more refined or dramatic depending on the finish.
