Depending on your tier (Essential, Signature, Artist) you will earn points for each dollar spent! You can also earn points as rewards for other actions: referring friends, following Sam Villa on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and more! Special events that award Points will be communicated via email.

Once you have earned enough points you can exchange them for rewards in your account.

Sam Villa reserves the right to change the tier / points structure at any time. Redemption discount is applied through a code, of which there can only ever be ‘one discount code’ applied at a time, i.e. no promotional or campaign code can be used at the same time as the redemption code.

You accrue ‘points’ which can be redeemed for discounts on products and also go towards reaching the next tier level. Once you reach a tier level in a calendar year, you will remain in that level for the remainder of the calendar year, and the following calendar year.

If you do not accrue sufficient points in the following year to remain in that level, you will be downgraded to the tier level that has matched your star accrual for that calendar year. Any redeemed points still count towards the number of points required to reach a tier level in that calendar year.

Points have an expiration of one year. You cannot transfer points from one account to another, or with friends. Shipping costs do not award points.

Redemption begins once a customer has acquired enough points to exchange for a prize. Prizes are subject to change, and Sam Villa^®, in their sole discretion, can choose to replace a prize offered with something of equivalent value.
