The Beyond Project provides beauty & wellness professionals with an outlet to use their talents for good. They are a dynamic coalition of volunteers who apply their beauty & wellness knowledge to charity events to empower and inspire those who need it most, creating social impact through what they do best.

The first and only national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients afford scalp cooling, a treatment that can dramatically reduce chemotherapy induced hair loss. As well as subsidizing the treatment, they help to raise awareness and offer information and support to patients considering the use of scalp cooling to keep their hair during chemotherapy.

HAIR HAS NO GENDER™ is a pragmatic training curriculum, community resource, and lifestyle created to usher in a new era of inclusive, gender-free, and gender-affirming practices within the hair world. Our mission is to help service providers operate from a place of love, inclusiveness, and acceptance as we celebrate those committed to making a more conscious effort to practice inclusivity.

The Texture Education Collective™ is an alliance of professional hair industry leaders working together to influence cosmetology state board licensing requirements and curriculums to be inclusive of all hair textures and all hair types. We envision an inclusive professional hair industry for all, from behind the chair and beyond.

The Beauty Changes Lives Organization is committed to uniting the beauty industry to support the next generation of beauty and wellness professionals. Since its inception, the foundation has awarded over $2.8 million and over 620 scholarships to cosmetology, nail, massage, make-up, barber and esthetics students.

The PBA Disaster Relief Fund is there to help beauty industry professionals recover following the devastation of natural disaster. 100% of funds donated go directly to beauty industry professionals. Professionals do not need to be a PBA member to apply or donate funds.
