Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping: We offer $14.95 flat rate shipping to the United States. Free shipping on orders over $150. 

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@samvilla.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns work:

1. Quick & Easy Returns
First 7 Days: Return *most items for a full refund (*except shears and final sale items).
After 7 Days (up to 30 days): Return for a refund, less a restocking fee ($25 for electrics, $35 for shears).

2. Shears
Unopened shears: Fully refundable if returned within 7 days.
Opened shears: Refundable less $35 restocking fee up to 30 days.

3. How to Return
1) Email us at info@samvilla.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2) You will receive a digital return link via email. Complete and submit the digital return form.
3) You will receive the return shipping address via email.
4) Ship the item back in its original packaging and condition (return shipping is your responsibility). 

4. Refund Details
Refunds go back to your original payment method (minus any restocking fees or shipping).
If you used Shop Pay, check with them about their refund policies.

5. A Few Exceptions
No returns after 30 days.
Some items cannot be returned if opened:
• Mannequins
• Brushes
• Combs, clips, and hair grips
• Capes
• Promotional items marked final sale

6. Refund Processing Time
Please allow 7-14 business days for us to process your return once received.
