Eligibility

How to Enter
• Automatic Entry (Purchase): Place any order on samvilla.com during the giveaway
window. Each qualifying order = one (1) entry.
• No Purchase Necessary: Complete the entry form during the giveaway period (all
entries have an equal chance of winning).
• No additional steps or forms needed.
Prize:
• One (1) winner will receive a live, 60-minute Zoom Q&A session with Sam Villa (the
“Prize”).
• Session is intended for the winner; additional salon teammates/guests may attend at the
winner’s discretion, subject to reasonable capacity and Sam Villa ® team approval.
• No cash value. Non-transferable without Sam Villa’s prior written consent.
• No substitutions except at Sam Villa’s sole discretion if circumstances require.
Scheduling & Delivery
• Target dates for the session are Wednesday, December 10, 2025, or Wednesday,
December 17, 2025 (subject to change).
• If the offered dates do not work, the session will be scheduled on a mutually agreeable
date within 60 days of winner confirmation.
• Winner must have:
• A reliable internet connection.
• A Zoom-capable device (computer/tablet/phone) with audio/video.
• A quiet, appropriate environment for the session.
Winner Selection & Notification
• Random drawing conducted via ViralSweep on December 5, 2025, from all eligible
entries received.
• Winner will be notified via email (to the email address used at entry/checkout).
• Winner must respond within 3 days of notification (by December 8, 2025, or
sooner) to claim the Prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an
alternate winner.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Announcement
• The confirmed winner will be announced on Sam Villa® official social media channels on or about December 9, 2025.
Taxes
• Any and all federal, state, and local taxes and related expenses associated with the
Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Publicity
• By accepting the Prize, winner grants Sam Villa® permission to use first name, city, and
state in promotional materials and announcements without additional compensation,
where permitted by law.
